Fixer already help. Repatch your w3 (having War3TFT_126a_English.exe in you w3 folder).
Patch shall fix registry keys.
To be sure reinstal eurobattle_1.26a_v3.exe

Remember you must have:
Net Framework 3.5 : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21 (newest Net Framework 4.0 is not compatibile!!!)
Visual C Runtime : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
