Great idea!
I have to admit that I'd muted player sometimes becouse he insults. I'd forgot it and he has been muted too long.
I didnt want to mute ppl whole game, just moment that ppl insult other players becouse they died like "unlucky team battles" was just angry.
My suggestion is !mute command lasts 90seconds.

Still - fat clinkz can take down your buildings within few seconds. If your BoT is on cd - you are fucked.
Sounds like clinkz is your worst nightmare  BD preventing system is good. You cant down the throne/tree before 2 towers nearby has not been destroyed. When you try to destroy towers without your creeps around, building regenerate so quick that you must have huge firepower to down it and dont suffer too much. However if you loose a battle and 3 or 4 of your teammates died, enemy attacks tower doing BD, you dont have chances to defend... You can die if you try to.

For me sounds like bufor problem.
USB devices using bufor, sound using bufor.
win7 have own drivers for many motherboards. Try to find drivers for your motherboard at manufacturer site and reinstal them.
I had similar problem but with disc to disc transfer. After a while I had 5mb/s transfer form c:/ to d:/. I shall have at least 55mb/s
Instaling original motherboard drivers solved problems. New components has been found and since then everything work like it should.

Long time a go when i was newcomer I played a bit. After a while I started to pwn in noob games. It happend more often so i realize that I can join pro games.
Beginning in pro was tough. I didnt pwn at all. I had problems to avoid to be ganked and in many other noobish things.
It takes some time to start to be a solid player, but you cant start from pro games!
1st step is: knowlage of most heros abilities.
2nd step is: knowlage about spots on the map and how may be used by particular heroes (pudge, techies, clockwerk...)
after that steps you are above noobs who dont know that things, but you still need to learn a lot... combos, lasthiting, denying and many, many others.

Report him. Explain why he was noob. I reported mega noobs in my team only when I lost game. They got usualy 5 days. 
Before you answer, read that one more time man. Pros in noob games and noobs in pro games... how to decide whos noob and who is pro. I think its like talking about existing god or how big is universe. Neverending story. Thats a simple point of view.

Yes.
After bot detect that player joins a game, bot whispers him with message "Type /r sc NOW to get spoofcheck"
Even if someone have many friends and PVPGN REALM whinspering about friends, still its much easier to type /r sc qiuck after joining game.

I have 3 more ideas:
1. change commands - "!" for ".". Writing commands with dot is faster. For example ".ping"
2. allias for !ping - !p ?
3. any short command that allow people spoofcheck without writing /w playdota.eu1 sc
4. any command to ban pluggers

NOTE: There is /r sc, but the bot must whisper him first in order to work;
4. Disagree. If you want to ban a plugger, request on forum.
3. Thats correct. I've seen that in other bots. Bot whisper "To get spoofcheck type /r sc now." Simple and helpful.

I suggest something similar in other topic. Rax, courier kills and detailed stats like creps kills/denies is not nessesary. We already have little flood when someone with banned nick with same IP try to join. In my opinion that short stats would be more useful than annoing. Also would be great if we could use !sd <*nick*> instead of !statsdota <nick>. I'd mencioned that in other topic http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php?topic=337.0

I played some WOW before DOTA but that game suck so much time from my life. But i can sure you that my items these days was really pwning. At ulduard25 I done 4,5k-5,2k dps wich was best im my guild and one of the top dps on realm.
