which server is online?
I can't find a game on the ladder for half an hour,
and when trying to create an FFA game, no one comes into it for hours.
is there an instruction on how to host the game correctly?

Do you use the program gproxy to connect to eurobattle.net?
Our server is called eurobattle.net and there are games almost always. You can use the command /join la, in order to find other players that play dota.
