Delete all hacks , tools , anything which is 3rd party program in you w3 folder.

or try to reinstall everything ( wont help afaik )
try to rerun euroloader reg (in wc3 folder) and reinstall visual c & net frame work
if that didnt work post at www.eurobattle.net
