Title: Warn restoration request

Seeing how people ask for warn removal i remembered that some time in past admin Renovation removed warns i had without even asking me about it. I think its very simple, you can write something like "restored old warn from xx.xx.xx by moderator xxxx"

@luke You do a lot of thinking.

!request denied becouse there is not a rule about warn restoration, as it might confuse new mods.
