Title: related to quickcast

I want to have access to quickcast but not sure if what I want is possible so would like to ask the professionals

firstly, I am a legacy key user.

Is it possible to have quickcast on legacy keys but only when I'll use ALT key
for example in Lion's case:

E for impale
D for hex

I want for E and D work normally but when I want to quickcast I'll press ALT+E or ALT+D  - is this possible?

same question for Inventory, ALT+1,2,3,4,5
