In your thread, you said that you were banned in this thread: ban req KASSEL (http://176.9.26.177/forum/index.php/topic,102174.0.html). Well, I don't see you banned.
The fact that you're not banned, kinda makes your demotion request... invalid?

Also, it'd be wise that you don't post these things on the forums. It's best that you send a PM to his superior (and that would be me).
