you should decide, are you playing just for fun or for score?
if for score, pro joining noob game, pawning noobs and getting low score shouldnt be a concern for you.
if for fun, you can create dota as a custom game with .gopub and have fun.

If you think he is abusing his position , you can always report to myubernick or fawkz, since they are the ones who is making decisions about him. Posting ban request for head ban moderator to other moderators, this is ridiculous.
