Title: Request: donations banner
Post by: cen on February 08, 2017, 14:18: Request: I need a banner for our Patreon campaign with their logo, possibly eurobattle logo too and some text like "Support us on Patreon" or something along those lines. It should not be crazy but subtle.
It would have to replace the paypal links on main forum and we will also place it on this one, not sure where yet (maybe below menu).

I will also need new membergroup banner for "Patreon Supporter" for both forums in their appropriate style.

Banner has to fit approximately here, similar for LA forum:

edit: patreon logo should not be too prominent, it's not to advertise them but our donation campaign

Post by: Renovatio on February 09, 2017, 10:00: @cyberajber - if you try to make 1 more use a much smaller height vs width. I think 1000x100 should fit in that area. It can be resized, ofc, but the width/height ratio will ruin your banner.

I will try to make it with 30-50 height. About being simple: ebattle logo + patreon logo & text; cant be more simple than this.

EDIT: here are 3 with 50px & 30px height

Post by: cen on February 09, 2017, 11:52: It can be just a bit higher than that. Plus respect the color scheme of each forum (vb yellow, vb dark and la). I also won't mind at least some kind of pattern to be applied.

@cyberajber - try with 1000x65, if you have time (I think this is the size). I will upload the png used for patreon logo+text.

Post by: Renovatio on February 09, 2017, 14:15: I will try to finish later if no one can do it meanwhile. My eyes are hurting, need to take a break from PC. The edges can be smoothed and the background was removed in the original resolution, meaning that will look good when used in smaller sizes.

@lagabuse one: logo would be repeated twice on top of the page, not good. Use the LA round icon on the left and Patreon on the right, then give me the transparent version of that too if possible.

And maybe make patreon logo and text slightly smaller so it's not so close to the edges of the image

edit: I think the blue line on the bottom bothers me, try removing it

Do you need more works for eurobattle forum i saw what banner you put there i personally dont like it cuz you dont have your logo there and their logo is big and in "first plan". I think ill remake this one today and ill try to make something new. Also it will be great to see more works from GFX members or guys that want to make it good ideas and works can motivate others to make something better

I'll also need a 468x60 version to put as a W3 banner which needs to have a full link in the text, like "Support us on patreon.com/eurobattle"

The current variant on forum has a toned down background so try to do that also.
