Technical support / Can't register for server account using gmail through academic domain

Hey, so I was interested in playing DOTA 1 here, but I can't register for a server account due to the whitelist not recognizing my email domain. Thing is it is essentially a google gmail account, but the address uses my academic institution's domain.

Is there anyone I can PM about this?
