3. Someone insult my family in game and my ban req is denied! He is not telling me motherfucker, or fuck you or something like that. He wrote "I fuck your dead mother in grave". And my request is denied.

Hi,
The table sanction has been changed. We advise players to use !ignore and /ignore commands in order to evade banning players.
Since ur request is made for a well known excessive player, is been denied for now but the next time he does it he will receive a higher punishment.
