He was playing normally until min 27, then he started to push allies out of base. I saw him doing that at least 2 times on lc which resulted in his death.

They all voted, just at different times. I don't think they were refusing to kick on purpose, just couldn't organize themselves to vote all at once.

Well, he feeded in many of his games, i doubt its on purpose. Also check his stats. But he also was refusing to play for at least 7 minutes starting from around min 17

Sorry but i dont think this is enough to ban him. He certainly isn't a new player but it doesn't mean that he isn't a noob player. Also i don't think that he speaks english good because this is actually the only time i saw him talking from all the games i checked. He has bad stats, on other accounts too so i assume that he is just a bad player who kept getting caught and couldn't heal properly
