Hi,
With my friends play Dota 1vs1 he chooses a hero Alchemist and as the first item build "Radiance"
So far I have failed to beat him, you can advise me a hero and strategies to defeat the Alchemist in 1vs1?

Don't let him farm his Radiance easily. He isn't strong early and Radi is expensive, that is your time to strike.
I once played Viper vs Alche mid, maxed the passive. Poor Alche was basically harassing himself with his spray and got nothing early.
Later you have to do something with his ulty. Pick a hero with bash, get disarm.
Or pick Alche as well.

You just have to rape him before he can get anything. It's easy in earlygame. Pick huskar, permaharrash and zone him out. go agressive. If you do it right, and zone him out, you will get lvl6 before him, and there you have the window to strike. But honestly with a huskar you can kill him easily even before lvl6.
If this doesn't work, try commy's and jeandarc's advices :D

Lol really, you have nothing to counter alche with sr and acid spray? I played OD against alche in 6.88(D2)went full W as new meta and let him unfarmed.There are too much ways to counter him but I don't understand what kind of 1v1 these guys are playing cuz the real 1v1 is 2kills or 1 tower.

He will still farm, unless he sucks. All you have to do is buy RAW MANA, maybe INT items, and this will be bought when he sees you pick OD. IIRC +INT cannot be stolen, but OD will still get his buff right ?
OD hits
Alchemist has no other INT except the +3 int from the mantle of intelligence
OD gets his INT from the hit on alchemist
Alchemist doesnt lose any INT because he doesnt have any base int.
I think slark works similarly

Anyway, since you guys are taking this waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too seriously, let's begin. Three strategies with 4k gold:
- Huskar with armlet as 1st item against alche with radi = GG
- Basically any annoying fuckface with armlet against alche with radi = GG
- Invoker with etheral against alche with radi = GG
- Witch Doctor with dagon against alche with radi = GG
These are by far the dumbest strategies I could think of. Also, if anyone is retarded enough to play with 4k at start, take ursa, buy vlads and three poor man's shields and go kill roshan. Lagabuse pubberz usually don't expect this.
The fact that I "had" to write this down makes me want to kill myself...

Actually something I just realised, they are getting like 6 gold per second, 4 people are leavers, IIRC after an update instead of 1 per second it changed to 1.6?? Every 0.6s you get 1 gold, not sure if I fucked that up. yeah i did, every 6s you get 10, so every 3 you get 5, every 1,5 you get 2,25 nvm fuck this, so basically they will reach the late game by around minute 15-20. basically:
play 1v1 same heroes
-apomsh
-use mid laners, dont go fucking enigmas or shit
-625 starting gold.
-buy a fuck damn courier
-use dota 2 rules basically, d1 rules are bullshit, each platform has different ones and they are retarded, either botlte or courier lmao, probably cos an admin got rekt they had to make that or to make them shorter and less competitive cos they dont have time
