Check this game.

Yurnero gained 1 level per minute by only killing creeps.

NC players reached lvl 6 in 15 min. yurnero almost lvl 15 in 15 min.

Even MID was lvl 12 at the end of game, yurnero lvl 20.

WTF is wrong with this hero? Why cant we gain levels or money in NC and this yurnero got full items in 20 min?

And why on hell, our best player, which has 1805 PSR, makes balance and finished 0-7, loses ONLY 1 psr, and I lose 23?

You set this "perfect" balance system based on PSR, and when high PSR sucks like this game, they only lose 1 PSR, but team lose cos of them (they pick carry and go mid) and low PSR lose 23.

How on hell, low PSR players gain PSR like this?

PS: for genius ones who is gonna say "you feed them bla bla" check all heroes here. We got no chance when yurnero was farmed like hell in 10 mins. He got 3 kills and become god, that easy?

Dota is teamgame. Nobody likes selfish players. You are good player, gave your team free PSR and invited them to join your game.
 
Not even your "team" joined your next game.

Have fun in your pro games. Im sure there are people who would like to play with players like you.

Game ruin.
Whole game. Especially in early game.
This 1722 PSR player didnt hook a single time in early game. Look at his first death 06:57. He just stood in front of enemies to get killed (on purpose maybe?)

08:48 : again he stood in front of them and goblin casted cog to catch him. easy kill.

He finished 1-12. It is hard to finish 1-12 with pudge when you have 1722 PSR. Check his hooks and his ganks(!)

I know you dont agree with me but I lost tons of PSR because this player got 1722 PSR, fucked the balance (39-61) and ruin game. I personally think this high PSR game ruiners should be banned more than average players.

Fully balanced game (54-46)

1515 PSR tiny got 23/2.

2 highest PSR (near 1600) has mortred 0-13 and huskar 5-12. 

Game score is like 10-60. and Throne got 4-5 kills in this 10.

 I am not sure, maybe this is a new record for random game.

And ofc, PSR balance system is really good. We should keep it, score balance sucks yeah.

I had pugna, he has ancient. I told him that I need to go mid to get my ulti soon, and go gank with my ulti. It was really easy game, cos I got pugna vs mortred and blood.

He said no and I needed to go bot line with sniper vs mortred ALONE.

I could not get farm, could not get level.

He used ulti, but that was not enough. He had to think that my ulti is way more useful vs other team, especially when they got 2 carries (blood+ulti)

Other team got all map warded, this AA never bought any ward as free farmer mid player.

Considering that he was explained the situation, I can say this is anti-teamplay.

By the way, that free farmed mortred won game alone.

05:20 Until this time he stayed on lower ground in mid and lina hit him many times from higher ground. He could wait for creeps to come to tower.  In 05:20 lina killed him first time.
06:24 : chased lina until top tower for around 20 secs, I am sure he is certainly aware of enemy teleportation to tower. He died as a result of gank in their tower.
13:36 : Suicided in bot gank.
16:47 : again chased AA when other heroes are nearby and visible in map and died in 2 seconds without any help.
18:00 : went too far away without any ward and was ganked of course. died in 1 second.
26:34 : TP directly into enemy heroes and died.
29:28 : Again suicide in gank with no help.

At the end, he finished 2/14 as mid player. He got the highest PSR in game, thats why game is balanced.

He is an experienced player. He can avoid dying like that.

Typically, one pro player chose to blame others instead of looking at big picture.

There are hundreds of people playing in this server and we can assume most of them is average. There are noobs and pros as well.

Almost everybody wants to play a good balanced game. Being pro or noob does not change that.

You can be noob but this does not mean that you need to play a game with final score 3-31.

Because of this PSR balance there are many unbalanced games. In addition what I generally see is high PSR players often pick easy play carry heroes in order to keep their high PSR. I can say when someone has 20 of their 30 teamkills, we can not talk about balance.
