vote command abuse (using often) + mod commands abuse
Game name was AR, but kinky host made it rd (03:06 PeraKuracDetlic !hcl rd) and covered it by !r !p commands before game starts:

Then I asked for rmk. Noone agreed on it. Since these players refused my offer, I refused talking to any of them after that moment and said:

It is true, I ignored all of them and used /hideminimapsignals command, but I never antiteamplayed nor refused defending scourge towers, town.
Just because I ignored him, xeqtr threatened me by wisp ('i will ban you' stuff. Also you can check chat: 01:21 .XeqtR [Allies] banned ) and started votekick even though I did nothing wrong.

You can see this? He stole ownership from me. I helped him to kill 2 players after that, but he never gave me ownership back. I only warned him about banning me again:

Autoban was off, but ladder was gonna saved. I never played against scourge team. I also used clear ulties and got scourge's help to kill (take assists mostly) sentinel heroes. Xeqtr left just because not to get into more trouble and forgetting it. I want him to be punshed of provoking people against 1 person for 10 minutes + votekick command abuse (i do not mention kicking, but using vote command often) + abusing his admin skills ( !owner + !hcl + !latency + !kick vs stuff. I only mean !owner).
I don't want to play with him in the same game anymore. I was angry of being refused to rmk. I know, any owner can abuse balance ( 1% - 99%) or hcl.mode/game.name . I kept playing normally. I did nothing wrong against any of scourge players. I even died 1v3 (11:47 [All] PeraKuracDetlic killed thasos ), but didn't make it a big problem. Xeqtr might have thought I should have saved them at gangs. Well, I farmed and participated at gangs. When a gang was lost, I usually left them 1v3 or 2v5. I can't save without ulty or a funny club at void's hand. I don't want him to escape unwarned that easily. He is not natsumi, right?
