when I try to turn on the game a black screen appears, and when i turn off the game this appears, if anyone can help me thanks in advance.

You have problem with your RAM memory.
Did you changed resolution in W3 before this problem?

He provided zero useful information, so i`d rather think nothing until he shares more info;

I believe he already shared in another threads, but not really cool to dig forum for his messages :-D

Like, what OS with what patch he got - would be very useful information;

Maybe he can try compatibility mode, maybe he`d need to reinstall (re-unpack, lol) his Warcraft, or maybe its related to recent client updates, - who knows;

Need more info, really

You mean you start game, it shows black screen and then crashes with this error? Or you start game, it shows black screen until you close it with alt+f4 or task manager?

Such errors usually happen when wrong dlls are used by game, maybe game is corrupt and you need to redownload or you have wrong libraries (need x86 microsoft redistributable 2015)

The black screen is usually from cinematics and is a directx problem afaik. Try enabling opengl.
