I dont like getting S&Y + manta because 2 Yashas don't stack.
i dont make s&y in the first place i much prefer to make desolator +manta for total pwnage  (i also buy desolator and manta for sniper) i did that in my last game and got 7 1 not bad i guess http://playdota.eu/stats/game/1949569/sd-eu-pro-5too bad that game finished so soon :S we had 2 damn pros feeded or i would get more than 15 kills 100%  P.S i only think that s&y is for spectre and magina thats my opinion

man no one is forced to donate so he can play dota .. pd bot is free they have problems the pd bot will be back in 4 days. if they r nolifers like u said they can just go ahead and play in garena or in other bot (and there r ppl doing this right now).when u donate its from ur deep intention to help the community but about they give u the right to host its a gift from them b/c the ppl who donated to help them shouldnt be the same as the one who didnt
if its payment why the bot will start to work again on 13th of this month? if they want just to rape money they could just add a new special reward to contributors which that only contributors r allowed to host pd bot games. ( i mean in these 4 days and after those 4 days)
P.S :nolifers can just play in other bots or in garena 4 days without pd bot wont make them suicide

Manta is so waste of gold in the new terrorblade, he can no longer spawn more then 2 illusions.
If you cast ranged form you get 2 illusions, if you cast manta in that time you lose those illusions and gain 2 more from manta.
man if u use 3rd skill u get 2 illusions (and u have 3 terroes)then u use manta u get extra 2 illusions u dont acually lose the other 2 illusions from ur 3rd skill so in total u get 5 terroes my opinion about terror .. fast manta and finish the game

I'm also having problems with hi ping for few weeks.
In pregame lobby I have 10 - 30 ms but ingame, after 2 min I have 200 ms. Why?
lol? i kinda have same problem in lobby its perfect man once the game starts u dont know what happened .. sometimes i lag like hell and i die b/c of that and its rly anooying :S and what is more anooying is that the host type !synclimit max which rly ruin the game for me and for all of my team

Anything that gives you advantage (big advantage) vs your enemies is considered as hack.
I personnaly consider all this things as hack: dota keys, warkeys, mana bars, and cause of that, ME PERSONALLY consider this thing as hack too.

But enemies can also use that things and then there is no advantage.
