Suggestion Board / about swearing

will guys i got confused about flaming and which one is considered as flaming and which one is simply not

retard idiot noob r not considered as flaming

and involving racial, nationality, and religious intolerance r considered flaming

but what about swearing ? specially on ur mother or something

ONTOPIC : if someone called u (mother fucker) and u reported him for that is it considered as flaming or not? and will that dude be banned? warned? or it isnt considered as flaming b/c it simply didnt involve racial,nationality and religious intolerance?

P.S i want simply answer by (yes) or (no) no spamming (like saying why u made this topic etc..) or tell me (its better to use the !ignore command) i want to know if swearing on ur mother is allowed or not and the answer from 1 b/u mod is enough and u can lock this topic after

Offtopic / pls help the more i play the more i lag

recently i had this problem while i play in warcraft games (either dota or any custom games)anyway at like the beginning 10 minutes pd bot is great and the game is well but then .. the mouse and the whole mouse start to lag heavily . ( u try to move the mouse left or right but it respond lately)same to what u type in keyboard u cant actually c what ur typing but u have to wait after few secs to c actually what u typed + the huge lag (not net lag) its only inside the game if u alt+tap u will c everything is normal

i will explain shortly what happens to me .. simply the game stops (Freezes) for like 3 seconds then i c that i died and 1000 thing happened .. tbh its the most anooying problem i faced while playing dota.. if u know a way to solve this then pls help and ty for reading .. cheers!

recently i saw many people who just enter a game and then .. after we wait in 5 mins and we wait to play badly

10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1  (and now we wait in the loading screen)

then a player left (he doesnt get ban from the autoban system) i wonder can we report him for leaving or not? and if so does he get the same ban period like the one leaving in mid of game?

what is wrong lol the pings r so high .. the least one had 225 ms ping and most of players r being kicked out b/c of ping
