i know it is silly question but how can you buy items in dota 2? do you need to use right mouse click to buy items? I cant use right mouse click ... because mouse broken. Maybe there is another way to buy items?
why would you bought items? you will get some of them by playing games.
He didn't mean from the store, but in-game. @hot10000 try searching on dev dota 2 forum for your problem.

Lagabuse.com moderators/admins cant do that cause they dont have privileges there, all they can do is ban them from bot and hope that banned players will stop using maphack.
Please, restrain yourself from giving the false information. Senior LA Staff members have abillity to lock IP on the server. This function is being used in the rare cases only and it applies mostly to the maphackers.

The idea is not bad itself, but yet there is another problem. It's very hard to collect all the flames from many different languages which are being used on our bots. That can be the only difficulty.

Hello dulovic,
First of all I would like to thank you for providing us a feedback, hopefully you'll continue with this in the future.
Regarding your questions, well it's mainly made to prevent of losing PSR/stats from innocent people. Put yourself in the situtation where 2 players leave the game at 6 minute mark and you became forced to play 3v5. That's gonna ruin your hardly achieved stats and PSR.
I really understand where your point comes from, and we'll consider it same as some other ideas for the future to see how we can further improve our Rules.
Once again, thank you on your time for writting us a feedback. If there is anything else you would like to add or talk about, do not hesitate to post it.
