this is a reply to jimmy who locked my general discussion without any logical ( )reason......ok

if the majority of the people did not take part in the voting ...it means they are satisfied with current system or they do not complain about it....the logical action is >>>DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING .

and there are solution better than forcing a system that you are not sure if it is wanted by the majority or not .

make the vote at the start of every game whether the 9 or 4 kicksystem will be active ...and if the 10 players voted 5vs 5 they keep the old system and nothing changes...i think this will be easy for someone in la staff...in the next updates of course.

about saying (recruit more ) that was a funny comment and i did not mean it literately and i added the to indicate that .....seems i am not the only one needs communication development 

about your suggestions ....i dont have to be active here all the time to say whatever i want since i am a member....and if there are worthy discussion there i will take part for sure like your false vote....

and i would gladly join la stuff but there is no need for that

in order to do changes came from vote ...you need 80% to 90% of people related to the subject to take part voting .

guys ....la staf....you do changes based on 32 players who made their vote here ...are those only players on this server?  answer is no.

therefor this vote is false and should be neglected ...because it did not satisfy voting critics .

and recruit more ban and unban stuff because you will be flowded with forums

psr or person skill rank is a method to rank players in individual games where every action from the player that leads to win or lose affect that number ...first used in chess .
the only logical situation we can use psr in team games is to have fixed teams and each team has his own name .

in dota games when it comes to winning or losing this is not fair method to evaluate a player and that is the main reason most games are not balanced .

it is not the balance formula its the psr formula which needs to change ...to include other status like kills  deaths and assists not by games won and lost.

and more ranks must exist like kill rank and assist rank even deaths somehow should have a rank and you can make a rank for games won

psr calculated we use here does not fit a game like dota

if psr calculation changed we can interpret players true skills with numbers
