It was a 5v5 balanced game. Then one guy left. I put his assult cruisas to my bird which is shared with nevermore. Then he stole it from my bird and refuse to give it back. I was the only tank in our team where there were 3 tanks in opponent. Always dying for team, I'm the tank, we always combat together. WTF nevermore got this item? This selfish guy only stays back and kill steal. He had 3k money when he pumped that item. His slots were full no place to spend his money. I got no money (at that moment). Made me annoyed and I didnt join their push. They sucked without me. Then I got banned because of not helping and ruining the 80 min game where I didnt join one single push.
I'm asking why there isn't any rule about pump? What if I took all leavers item and sell myself? I banned for bad behaviour and this guy behaviour was not worse than me? Where is justice?

First of all, Sentinel had 2 tanks not 3, Tauren is not much of a tank, he is just considered a Strength hero.
And second: you should have pushed with them, Nevermore alone could have killed them all and you would have won. But instead you wanted Cuirass which is the lamest item for Sand King.
And third: yes there should be ban for item pumping. You can take an item from a leaver but only if the rest of the team agrees.
In my opinion you should be unbanned and be left with a warn, same as for nevermore, although nevermore should get banned instead of receiving just a warn.
P.S. ek0 if you are reading this, just check out Nerubian Assasins items. Those guys really need a guide for Nerubian. :D

Man Tauren had tank items and Im the guy always absorbing dmg. Needed that item more. Maybe lame item but I needed it.
If you read the chat my teammates were also agree with me. He was just selfish whole game. Played for himself. Look at his assists in 80 min game. Anyway I think you should add a rule to your list about pumping.

Well in that case, he should be punnished. But you also could not have taken all the damage if you have divised different strategy. I see you had Void in team, he could prove very usefull by going in first, using ulti eliminating 1 enemy and then it is yours and Nerubians show, casting your spells in with the support of Ezalor casting his from behind and Nevermore just finishing them off.
Like i said you could have also not taken a single hit but nonetheless it was selfish from his side not to give you the item.

You are right we were very good in the begining and doing what u say but leaver and nevermore's that behaviour made me crazy and now he made me banned ....

I agree. Shall be a rule forbiding taking items from leaver when rest of the team did not allow that.
It would be a good rule.
It happening rare in my opinion anyway.

Cause he always take balanar and absorb a lot of DMG.

They banned nevermore for 2 days. So this ban can be a model for such kind of cases.

Dude, I was playing nerub, records don't show dagon. Also, BKB and what was supposed to be satanic is because I had to tank, crix was doing a stupid job at tanking. IMHO who cares who holds the cuirass as long as it benefits the team, crix was just being selfish.

Well dude no matter if you have no tank in your team, you can`t be a tank with Nerubian..Let the tanking to void or crix, your job is to go behind them via ulti and kill ench or tauren with your spells and then join the fight, although you won`t make much impact in straight battle because Nerubian is more of a spellcaster then he is a fighter.
My build for Nerubian is this:
1 level of mana burn, 3 levels of Impale and 1 level of Bugs (for spying) and ofc level6 ulti.
Get a bottle always, beacuse you just might need invi runes...
I buy sobi masks for early game just to burn mana all the time to heroes. Then i try to make dagon, after that phase boots or treads, (situation dependable) . After that i go straight for Orchid, because in my opinion it is a very good item for nerubian. It gives you the mana regen you need and some attack speed to finish off what you did not with spells.
After that i don`t know, i always finish games with those items :) but the next item should be maybe scepter of divinity or blademail depends what heroes you have or what kind of damage you receive in battle...

This thread went far away from subject.
Taking items from leaver should not be a opposite team problem.
Team members shall allow player to take item if they see its importand to him and to the team to posses item.
If they dont allow to take any item from leaver, then item shall be sold and split gold for everyone.

My stats are good enough. Those who know me dont need to check my stats.
Players with stats k/d 9/3 are mostly noobs witch caused many losses to me when they were in my team.

Yes I know. I mean players with 30 games or less when 20 of games sentinels (PRO host pick) vs scourge (random noobs with terrible stats or no stats at all).
