Shouldn't host only allow players to enter games correspooding to that players DotA skills?
If players are going to be held responsible so should hosts.

The game owner is owner of the game, he decides who to enter his game.

But this is a good suggestion.
If host allow players like 0/4 w/l, 0.25/8.5 k/d in PRO GAME (mostly in scourge side) he shall take responsibility for this player.
I think it might be a lobby abuse if you pub game with PRO/EXPERTS/GODLIKE title, and you allow souch players.
Host should be warned for that kind of practice. After lobby abuse we have stats abuse afterwards... Everyone know what will happed if HOST making game PROS vs NOOBS and full understands fact that he will get +points for that game.

yes i don't know why mods don't do anything about this. They only stay with their bs phrase "Game owner has complete control" that is solution for everything. They are just welcoming abusers.

After playing 35mins, switching is not necessary. <-- what about this?
i dont think this rule is good enough... i think u should make it after 10 mins not 35...even 15-20 min is a waste of time if there are leaVERS..

its a waste of time for the leaver's team also... 10 min no way zzz

The truth is only players may decide to continue game with switch or not. If game is still even its possible, but if one of the teams getting pwned hard, noone wil want to switch no mather what.
