Does this rule apply to host not kicking noobs in pro game, and vice-versa?

if it is pro game it could be bannable...normla games can hold noobs in game..also host can pick players which he plays with..and you if you dont liek ,just leave game

Noob in pro game/pro in noob game rule is removed, any report about being noob in pro game/pro in noob game will be locked immediately and that request will be denied.

OMG I AM ASKING IF A HOST CAN ALLOW THEM TO PLAY BECAUSE HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GAME STABILITY???????????
having a noob in a pro game and vice-versa would certainly create instability, would the host be responsible for that?

i am trying to point out that there are conflicting rules

some of the rules r written wrong or hard to understand,for example:flaming. I was banned for saying moron to a player(thats not even a curse,flame).from here on im reporting every little bit of flame,if they dont bann,ill report the mod for power abuse >.<

I always thought this rule means that host has to check ping and kick laggers before starting game. That's what I understand under the word "stability".

u are forgetting NOTES: These bans are not obligatory! It is mainly moderator’s decision.
so if he wants to ban you he can do it and thats about it if u disagree u can take it to the next in rank mod. so if fawkz or MyUberNick ban u u are out ;d

but now semi pros can join mega noob games and than they got good stats 9/5/10 Cs 100/7
the semi pro join pro game host !sd him and he !THINK! he is pro ,
game starts and sux like mega :/

ye ur totally right in that,but it wont make any point when new system comes out(soon...they r saying that for 1 month :D)since they wont be able to join noob games if they have high score.if i got it right.

and u will earn ur score for wining games so there will be even more noobs in pro games who will hope geting more "score" wining with pro team

if u play vs low score players u ll get +low points
if u play vs high score players u ll get +high points

so imagine
9 pros with score about 2500(we had such a scoring system in Lithuania inhouse dota league)
and 1 noob with score of 1220 ~ and he gets shitloads of pts (100++)
so whats the point for noob 2 join into noob dota when u can join pro dota and earn way more pts

mby low scored ppl wont be able to join games with high pts.or just kick them :D

Just a correction:
If you play vs lower skilled players and win, you'll get low score and they will lose a few points.
If you play vs lower skilled players and lose, you'll lose lots of points and they will get high score.
If you play vs higher skilled players and win, you'll get high score and they will loase lots of points.
If you play vs higher skilled players and lose, you'll lose low score and they will get a few points.

not really... u will get banned for not wanting to play a useless game... just to see that some "pro" is showing off his wasted nights at the local net-cafe by pwning noobs in -em games (oh yeah... that's rly pro... so 1337 of them)
so i guess PD.eu is no longer for noobs... great job... rly great... what gave u that idea? some great donation?

there is shitloads of place to play u can go to iccup and play there with russian noobs as much as uwant
