Blue part: 'Nearly' here relates to '20000min', at least just because while you were posting, it was not 20000 minutes!
Red part: Then, when we already assumed number, we parse equality statement, which is 20000min = 2 weeks. This mathematical sign literally means 'A equals B' here
Obviously this statement is a lie ! What common sense are you mentioning ! Why lying around ! Explain !
