My account is locked for no reason

when i enter my username and password screen ,it shows me a massege :"Your account has been locked" ..
am not banned nor i didnt use mh before .. and by checking my status on playdota.eu/stats .. it shows am not banned
i hope you can help

a username would be helpful,
and if your account has been locked but playdota stats say ur not banned,
it has to do something with eurobattle and not playdota.

We don't lock accounts nor IPs. You are banned from realm, for unban request visit eurobattle.net's forum.
