3v3 and 1v1 ladder?

As the topic name suggests would it be possible to introduce ladder's in those setups.
Ya sure dota was mainly created for 5v5 but 90 % of players here cba to play with stacks and have a dissadvantage in these base games,I'm talking about the average 1800+ psr game where ur bound to have atleast a 2 man stack in most cases more.
I'd love to enter sometimes and enjoy a 1v1 battle and get some rewards for it even 3v3 sounds great.
I'm asking for some of ur thoughts on this.Cons and good sides,I'm sure it's possible... how much coding would it take?
It could revive pd.eu to it's old glory and give me some time off 5v5 games which lately kill my soul each wipe piece by piece.
And finally but not less important those wanna be pros which claim team failure as the only blame to a lost game can show their supremacy in 1v1 ladder games.
I'd shat brix to see this happening!

with ladder on 1v1 more player will improve skill and tournaments will be better

its not important stats and ladder
i think its important to more players improve coz its realy hard find someone to play 1v1 ar/apshomnp
if is not tour,but how to be good on tour if u cant practice with decent skilled players
this will be good especially for some new generation dota players and fun for old  :D

but account's that join should have a limit , i mean not all accounts should be part only those with the required level of PSR and higher so it avoids stat boosting .

It doesnt have to be like the 5v5 ladder and even if it is exactly like that what's stoping you from doing this in 5v5? The fact that after some point in ur psr increase u stop getting psr when facing someone with lets say 1500 and u have 1700.

Thats a great idea u would need atleast 1800+ or 100 games in 5v5 to start a 1v1 challange. +1 for the idea.
