there arent any under/overrated heroes - just every hero can have his moment in different tactics and line-up, the thing that some are played more or some arent picked at all doesnt makes them like this...ppl just overlook them then underrate them and play those "overrated" cause everybody does its popular ppl
its same like the situation outpicked/outplayed....you cant be outpicked(even some heroes are better then other) but you can be outplayed (so adept to the new situation and play differently)

how many times you see a noobie picking trax/mort as agi carry? 2 auto click heroes. instead they could take other hero that isnt as fragile yet deals high damage.

5 agis in maybe 0,01% of very dumbass player games but if you are smart enough your picks arent like that at first place and if yes then knowing how to play the game, yes you can outplay them, everything can be outplayed, not outpicked
for players who play just for short time or are not experienced enough, some heroes seem like unbeatable to them,who rape whole team...think of it for a second

Underrated: TINKER,Visage(cause not many ppl know how to play),disable invoker, undying, davion... (pubs ofc)

Overrated: Lancer, Mort, Never...invis heroes in pubs....

I played and watched so many games that after some pub loss I figure out that if we did some stuff differently we could won...

it maybe cant be seen in pubs cause always with random ppl, but if those ppl were more xp, they can outplay those fast picks from enemies
and if playing like team its double cause enemies pick those "better"heroes so you can pick what left but playing well individually and like a team you can do that, theres always a key to beat enemies and counter them

ofc 3 stunners in team are upper hand, but in that case you must change your classic way of play and adopt... saying...in pubs hard so it seems outpicked, if played in higher games or team, its just outplayed nothing more
I said that and its my opinion comming from xp and time spent on this game if other ppl got another no problema I dont wanna argue

they are overrated because they are picked in many games. every game i see trax lothars and mort cleaver, no different in their builds. OVERRATED TO THE MAXIMUM. they think mort with crystalys is imba because of ulti 4x crit !!! UNSTOPPABLE HERO, BEST IN GAME I PICK ALWAYS CARRY AND FUCK THE BKB AGAINST 5 DISABLES...build nothing but DPS because 800hp with that imba dominator is enough to survive.....thats how i feel when i see mort in my side.

then people yelling at me when i take batrider and go mid against nevermore w/e. that one silly melee agi in the mid ruins our game...fuuuuuuuu
