pro in noob game rule
« on: June 27, 2010, 11:44 »
Recently i noticed a few threads where pro in noob game requests were denied. Those players had like 50 wins 5 losses - all were in noob games. In my opinion if someone is constantly winning noob games - he should switch to pro games. But on the other hand - 95% players in pro games are not even close enough to be called pro (including me).

So how can be a pro in noob game defined - the one who constantly win noob games - or maybe the one who plays on EDL - or maybe the one who knows skill builds role and item build for most of heroes?

We are trying to define stats abuse the best we can, but it's not easy. The new relative score is coming for the next season and many problems will be solved, because pro vs noobs is going to be useless. Until then, be patient.
If you see anyone in noob games with 50/5 - W/L score, or so, post a Ban Request, and we will deal with it.

I don't consider them "pro" either. W/L doesn't mean a thing, it's K/D/A and C/D/N that counts the most!

why do u care much about it?
u dont play noob games so it doesnt affect you, or do u want ot know everything about it so u create a new account and abuse it?

why do people butt into everything, just mind ur damn business.
you suck and you know it!

i have joined a few games and all were unbalanced because host doesnt know what to do so i started hosting myself. If you are not noob but not a pro either make "semi pro" games

"noobs" > "semi pro" > "pro" > "expert" > "godlike" pick 1 according to your skill and !gopub ;)

These are technical terms, there are only 3 kind of players:

1-Those who knows how to play: Pro.
2-Those who doesn't know how to play: Noob.
3-Those who doesn't know how to play but they know something about dota: Normal.

There are 3 kind of games:

1-Pro games.
2-Noob games.
3-Free games.

Pro can plays in "Pro games" and "Free games".
Noob can plays in "Noob games" and "Free games".
Normal player can play everywhere, but if he joins in a pro game he must do his best or maybe he will get kicked or even banned.
