More commands for bot

Can you enable more commands for playdota bot? I want :
- !refresh on/off to auto repub the game
- !autostart 10 => autostart the game when 10 people filled up the slots.

Nah it doesn't matter what he did,and those are all ready implented features of ghost so it's easy to add but i guess there is a reason why they disallowed those commands

I want command for block some country. So if u wont TR, RS, BA, PL, RO or any other country in your game, just block them and they cant join.
