About ruining game

Hello, wanted to ask, is it legal instead of finishing game when You can already just gang near fountain so You could get stats? in the game the opposite team could win on 13-15 mins, but they were just farming us near fountain...

yes its legal till minut 25 they can farm on your fontain.then you can ff.

1- yes its allowed
2- if game is already over you can go afk

Yes, enemy can stand near your fountain and keep killing you. Well you can't go afk (as rules says) but you don't have any other option so... And there is non-written rule, you can AFK when game is over/you are dominated by enemy. You'd better ask B/U mod about what does it mean to be dominated but you won't get banned for staying at fountain when enemy stays near just to kill you (although you can get autobanned when some1 kicks you via -kickafk command).
