I was playing dota yesterday and some guy from serbia said tech (goblin) is muslim because he makes suicide and blow himself.. and puts bombs .. Is this joke requires ban?

i respect all of you guys but i don't think this is something anyone should joke about we are here for dota not to make stupid jokes about religions and racism ..i don't care if someone gets banned for these kind of jokes and i'm not gonna say anything anymore but you should think about it and decide if it's offensive or not..
