Not a direct amplification, but WD's maledict has probably highest potential in that field. Also, pugna, decrepify is annoying, effective, and has 7s cd.

I recall, long time ago, playing againgst stack of 3 friends, they went for Pugna + Lina + Ogre, they grabbed some mana regen, 3 dagons and roamed the map instakilling everything in sight. Even the fact I played Magina with his Spell Shield didn't help at all :D
