About "Rules"

Hi. I think that rules affect us all and we should be able to put our thoughts about a rule, about if it's a good rule or if the time that someone gets banned because of breaking the rules is excesive.

That's why I've make this topic. I'd like you all post a suggestion/rule here and we would comment it. Please, it would be nice if a global moderator set this topic "stick" because I think that we always can post ideas even when the rules are done.
