Not quite . I could use bot admin ^^,  I play alot & many players disconnect by plugging, so I can't ban them. And they are too many to make request for everyone on forum..would diminsh considerably the time I spend on playing )

We are a free and non sponsored community, so we have no cash/material awards and the little flow of donations are used to pay a little amount of server monthly fee.

Feel free to suggest any kind of possible awards!

I already stated in my initial post a possible reward. But not full admin, just some standard private bot features that could help, like !fromp *show the ISP* I think ..i'm not quite familiar with bot commands & the !ban possibility, already explained why.

...i find that being able to play on almost constantly available bots and being able to play with good players in a nice comunity is by itself a reward...

I think he is right. Some of hosts are really dedicaded and would have some more priviliges than other hosts. Pluging nowadays its very common method to avoid !banlast command. Only small % of ppl report pluggers and abusers must be checked by the admins, wich extend time and making banning irrational and time wasting.
Actualy real dedicated hosts can easy separed pluggers from ppl who lost connection not intencional, so why dont let them !banlast command and even !ban and !kick. Im talking about small % of real dedicaded pro-hosts, not about half of community.
Sorry for offtopic couse it shouldnt be award for ladder position.
