you go blink use stun then refresher then gogo stun again = gg

Get power treads, MoM, crystalis -> buriza, BKB (if they have lot of disables), then combo Ulti + MoM + BKB + critical (around 1000 on 3rd level ulti)... ;D But like Rio^ said, it depends who are you playing against and depends on your team ofc :D

6. bf...(or u can cut out bf and add vanguard or bm if u play against hitters) ;

I like to roam so if I don't get soul ring I get bottle later comes handy phase boots and after that if you are owning get blink dagger and bkb(bkb is a must if they have disables)...and see where it takes you from there,then you have multiple choises! I sometimes like to rush up armlet with sven,sometimes buriza + MoM,you have dmg so just pump up attack speed and gg...
