What difficulty? The system is already here. It's called spoofcheck - if player is unchecked the bot won't start the game unless he does so or leave the lobby.

Simply take the spoofchecking concept. Player who types !stop gets mark as stoping player. "The game can not be started because the following players are blocking it : Uber_pro4444." Opening the player will solve the issue. Just like when u kick the smart guy who can't spoof.

I think !stop command can be abused by people. In order to solve your problem, !start force can be removed. Another way is !sdall command which shows everybodies stats to yourself instead of typing !sd 9 times. This command shall show just one line for each player to seem more compact.

- We plan to release a new relative ELO ranking system which will resolve the problems of current absolute ranking system such as stacking, poor representation of players skill, etc.
- Seasons will probably be abolished i.e. stats will not be deleted every two months.
- Working FF command will also be available. You will be able to forfeit the game after 20 minutes or so if everyone from your team agrees by using !ff, this will prevent unnecessary prolongations of the games where one team is obviously winning.

Yea sure , just implement more typing stuff. Im sure that there is still ppl who dont know how to spoofcheck. With this command the game would took about 20 min to start so i think not, too bad there are still idiots who dont know english but play dota
