* i rather to  buy vanguard than vlad in early game.  vanguard in early  vlad in mid-late game
*i dont think this hero need extra speed bonus like boT or yasha . You can buy yasha if u want to have a manta
*u can buy soul ring . usefull in early game

Vlads is horrible to have as a first item.
I don't even get it since your images don't benefit from vlad's lifesteal and don't help in killing.

I always start naga with quelling blade + poorman's old shield. Very cheap but very efficient for farming.

True...  making vlad as first item in fail.
Do or start collecing items for some orb effected item (if possible having orb).
With naga start with some dmg items.. even with crystalys.. then go hunt some alone walking hero and gank him.. you will get money for next item.

...imo queling blade is unnecesary for a hero that already has good dmg and not to mention critical strike...poormans in great for start (+a bit of agi never hurts) and go streat for power treads and diffusal - from here its the usual...

If naga has good dmg, then what is wrong with 32% more damage with a very cheap price It will be more with your critic and your illusions will also gain 32% more damage
It is very cheap and effective with poorman's shield
