Can when the game is loaded, the gproxy to play the sound "Game started." ?

My gproxy tells it. The one I have in notebook tell something in some Balkan language.
IIRC command !sound or !sounds should turn it on/off.

you can select which languages you have on it at install :DDD you auto clicked install all FTW

yy try to use that imo just turned off sounds reply if fixed and we lock this
