Why some people make buriza for mortred?

'bout Agha got nothing against him - its nice boost for stats and ulti and it can be build fast and from small cheap pieces, arcana is not efficient imo waste of gold, just add mana pool and refreshing mana, in most games some other supp hero build them (in some cases even 2 cause of their build) so for own mana problems its better to build perseverance to BF, also gives dmg too to regen and best phase boots - pretty good dmg, fast speed and phase to catch in blades, also phase and rushing Agha with first point booster solve your mana/HP problems too - depends on situation whats needed

buriza on mort isn't that bad if you make it before you lvl up your ult to lvl 3

You have to make buriza before you level your ultimate, or else they will not stack. And by DO NO STACK, i mean if it happens to both of them occur, only the last one acquiered will work ( thus, if u get buriza after you level your ultimate, it pretty much screws your ultimate up ).

I made it once in a game loong ago, though went pt str 2 bracers first. And guess what, worked wonders Though in that particular game we got forced to play 3v5 due to -switch bug with leaver and my allies were SF and ursa, so we kinda needed it. Still, clap for slow and nuke, haze + brawler ~80% evasion, then put in hex and ult - unkillable 8-0-13, good times.

People mistake hex for being purely int item due to massive int bonus and mana regen, while in fact it's prolly THE disable, making it perfect in 1v1 situations, thus ursas and so on getting it sometimes.

On a carry tech, note that carry doesn't necessarily mean dps carry, you can actually carry with aghanim bot hex soulring perfectly fine. However I must agree that dps techies is pure fun for pubstopms.

i dont agree burza for mort i thing , making damage and attack speed is better for mort he has critic, i thing we should make better her weak points
