Splash damage is PURE. 2 BFs gives you 70% splash. Lategame many heroes get enough armor to have at least 30% damage reduction. Thus, you will do more damage to them with NOT a direct hit. 2BFs are very useful.

Orchid on Silencer
It gives the dps he needs. It is useful. And extra disable.

Cristalis/Burize on heroes with Crit.Strike
It is bad.   In terms of damage, a BF would give Mort more damage output.

But the games are PUB. And people tend to do more fun build.

 i played a game not long ago when teammate had same briliant idea. make refresher on jugger. we managed to persuade hi mto make aghanim first. then we still had chance. afther he did refresher, game was lost. we had leaver and they had meepo,leo and aegis all the time. so it was basically 4vs 9 xD. after jugger used his slashes they run him over like np. this doesnt happen in game:

lol i always make with yurnero arcane boots , scepter and then refresher (not joking) and now in the 6.73 the ulti is even more imba so it would support my idea

simply i love to play as support in everyhero ... i upgrade my spin and heal (not critic) and ulti i usually rape hard with arcane boots at beginning because you wont have to worry about mana anymore and you can gang many times easily !! anyway here is my replay

I would say that refresher on jugger is imba stupid,you tend to do more slashes than dmg.Better buy rapier for almost same money and it will dmg 2x more.Also they had imba husk with basher lol and 4v5
