If LagAbuse.com bot is offline , first thing to do is to check Announcements. Here you will most likely find your answer why is it off.  If you dont get your answer , please do not post topic with questions ''When it will be online '' and other questions related to it. When its fixed you wll know , technical issues with server can last for few days so we cant know exact time when problem is going to be found and fixed.
