That's not fake, it's just that any new "gotta-be-popular" video has 301/302/303 views for a day or two, I'm not sure if that's a bug or is it meant to be like that by youtube, it has been like that since they've had some bug in view counter I think two years ago

Yes, that what Master is saying is true. All popular song are like that. First 2 days it shows there are 301 views but actually, there are thousands of views and you can see that few days later. That's why all users are writing "301th viewer!" on new videos
