Why 1/2 ?

Hi everyone

i got a problem about PSR

Everybody knows if you re playing with a playdota bot, when you type !r u can see ur psr and how much win or lose psr at the finish
 and my problem is... i give an example

im typing !r and bot say: your psr is 1600   +12/-10
at the finish we re wining
and i will check at the next game
it says u have 1606 psr
its always doing same if it says +10 its give 5.. and if it says +7 its giving 4 always gives 1/2 of what it said -.- ..
so how can i fix it? or why bot gives 1/2

sometimes thats true but sometimes even with em mode you lose all psr not half only .. for example

I've heard of some similar situations ..and not in em games. (especially in games that are playing for a high psr rate , ex : +16/-20)

Some of them can be explained* but some are just wierd/bugged.

*ex: You have 1510 psr and win +40 psr but the server is busy and that game isn't updated in the next 10 min.
You join another game, when you time !r you will see again "psr 1510 ..+20/-8" but when you win the game you get only +10.
^^--this is because at the second game when you type !r your psr isn't 1510 but actually 1550(cause you won the other game that hadn't been updated yet) ...so in fact the real thing is , when you type !r , 1550 (+10/-10) .. <-- is just an example.

no i know what you mean but my last game was saved when that happened .. and this isnt only the first time it happened me many times
