1. PSR is irrelevant to individual skill.
2. It's hard to tell if a game is "pro" or "noob".
3. It doesn't really matter how many times, a person with 500 games doesn't have to be better than one with 200. Sure. It might be somewhat true that if you have played hundreds of games you should have acquired at least skills above the average. (Although I have played with people with lots and lots of games and they were still pretty bad).
4. Creep kills and denies does matter.
5. Kills and assists also matter
6. Deaths also matters.

They are also weighted, so for example 40 creep kill is nowhere as good as 40 denies. (obviously?)

Well, first of all, he is the first that instead of flaming against the psr system he sugested/created a total new one.

Probably can be modified (For ex. I dont agree the bonus percentage in destroy towers ) but i find it a good starting point.

Anyway great job ..it's interesting system ..but , at the moment , it can only be used just for fun. (just my opinion)

You are compared with a base player with the following stats:

kills => 4
deaths => 5
assists => 8
creeps => 40
denies => 2
nc => 15

So having around these stats (~100/stat) will make you an average player, then, depending on how much higher you score in each category you score increases.
From what we can tell from our baseline player, there are not very much denies on an average player, hence why denying gives so much points for those that do deny.
