When you flame based on nationality , there is total right to permaban that user. Personaly i ban them for some time ,depending how much curses and how much strong those curses are. So that user did say PL bastard , and yea thats cursing , but also reporter acted bit similar ( witch is not rear case , i had case when reporter got himself banned because he said too semi flame but still it is flame and reported users said idiot ,retard noob which is not in rules)

 So i had 2 options ,either deny or ban them both , i chose to deny , he would probably go cry in public forum (thats reasons of my action you also mentioned) with rage topics ''OMG HE NOOB MODIRATOR HE BANNED MEH AND ME REPORTID ,PLS GIV HIM DEMOTE ,I FELL OFFENDED .''

Docta banned him for reason , there was no mistake in mine or docta dessions and both flames are similar. Still reported did same thing ,in doctas case ,he probably did not , mods can miss things , and if you think you would not , you are mistaken , You think it is easy to judge some games , because you  only think of punishment because you raged.


For totally screwd and my so called ''RAGE TOPIC CLOSING '' ,there was aggrement we wont tolerate those topics in public ,there are persons for that , each mod ,or head mod has its own superior . only roots are in top of this chain. SDo we close them and tell them ,,hmmm probably it was 100th time we repeat ,THERE ARE PEOPLE FOR TAKING CARE OF THOSE REQUEST. So if you cant follow simple forum rules and even cant use forum properly (there were many complains in public which led to same thing - you must report it in private to superior , otherwise it will lead to ban) of course they will have ban.

there is and i aware of it ,but some cases are just too clear to figgure out why are those denied , but that depends on person. Peronaly i might miss report or 2 to write ,but i ussually do
