all about his skills mana and int , how much cost ball and what to buy him cause of his skill a lot of your tips wasnt so good but this learn you more in depth ;)

Skills per level:
1. Static Remnant - nuke as 1st
2. Overload - the passive so the nuke to be more efficient
3-5 Vortex
6. Ulti
7. Vortex

You need Vortex maxed 1st, because this is the disable skill (especially when you are on a dual lane)

Bloodstone? Never! Storm is an aggressive hero so he does not need passive items. 


Fight with blood,
Fight with steel,
Die with honour,
Never yield!

i guess i agree with Leo
Bloodstone is hard to get and you can do better items than that ... arcane with hex/shiva its enough i think , u get enough mana from active inte items :)

*I just wanna pointed out.. this is not just my opinion.. this is world widely accepted spellbuild in pro scene*

4)why vortex only lvl 3 ? Since u have vortex lvl 3 when u catch, hit, revenant will hit every time if u do it right so u can put other lvls in dmg. Why overload before revenant? - Overload give u better outdps in general.. just easy math.. when u r lvl 9 and u have maxed revenant vs overload ... u ball in - cca 100 dmg + hit 95+75(160)= + vortex +160+revenant140+160.. every hit slows.. if u have revenant max it costs too much mana to be effective ganger since u ever ball gives z 75 mana and obvious movement advantage..
2) Why not arcane boots but treads... Yea arcane boots are cool cause of mana restoration.. BUT storm's balling is costs him some mana to start (depends on lvl) + 1% of his mana.. so when u increase ur mana pool so early without enough regen, treads are even for mana better then arcane.
3) storm should get mana regen items better then mana pool items.. if u are able to get bloodstone very early and u dont need bkb/linken (rarely) its realy good item.. gives u hp and since u're great ganger ur charges will fill very fast and the mana regen is insane.

agree at all except Bloodstone cause its nerfed and its not so kick-ass as used to be, w/o it youre still effective cause still you have to learn mana management and BKB is very handy cause of heavy focus on you, storm is pretty annoying all time for enemies  :D

yea, its pretty fucked up.. cause u lose half charges.. (thats a bit shit imo) but still.. with storm u wont die often.. rarely so http://oi52.tinypic.com/9jjghl.jpg  just a pub game but i guaranteed u that bloodstone with 35 charges was kinda overpower :D

Its matter of opinion, each item has his + and -.
BKB is BKB but it doesnt give you mana regen or so mana pool (each we dont much but still not that bad) or life regen. Ofc bloodstone dont give you dmg etcetc
Btw joyjoy's posted videos are pretty dam good.
