Maybe i am very lucky but i never seen or heard of a pointless votekick that succeded ...
Another problem I've been encountering lately is gproxy abuse - players with "good stats" keep lagging for about 3 minutes and then reconnect, they continue doing so untill they get votekicked and therefore avoid ban and losing stats.
IMO the reconnect time should be lowered and there should be a total reconnect time limit.
Been there ... kick and report them , or ..like i did in some cases : ask for owner and sync min and max untill the nab drops (works)
LE : let's imagine that a pointless votekick succed -> who will you report ? what reason ?
I think PD can't ban players for their attitude ...they can't ban people for beeing "bad" ...it's not PD job to educate his players and/or give awards for how nice or neat someone is.
