Need answers about votekick abuse

I don t think a ban would be appropriate. It is just a stupid behaviour. Furthermore the question : who have to to be banned is hard to solve. You can t ban other team cause they  approuved the votekick thinking great versus 4 we ll maybe have a chance.

Ok, this seriously seems like ban material to me.
I know votekick is a vote and there isnt much we can do about it but personally I would ban this nistor for this kind of behavior. This is just wrong and very retarded

If I search hard enough I think I can find an example where I made others votekick a guy

but it was not about ks or anything,the guy was just farming and he did not join any team fights and when we called him to push he flamed and I got angry cause he was winning because of us but he was too noobish to understand it.
After votekick we took his items and finished the game

about this case it is totally unfair I agree,they had no logical reasons to votekick him but think about the details about the ban.

Are we going to ban users on other side too just because they voted !yes?
Are we only going to ban the guy who provokes and starts this?
Is voting something can be abused?

I am against banning for votekick situations but like night_must_fall said staff members can discuss this if majority requires it

Well yeah, of course there are problems with banning someone for a vote, especially implementing that into the system. When you think about it, its not the system, its the players that are too easily manipulated and unfair.. And this is a good example.. This kick wouldnt even bring anything to the opposite team since it was already game over, and still they decided to do it.. Lame

This  is not so common, as far as i know these kind of things are not happening so often, smn correct me if im wrong and it is really an interesting case.
Regarding the implementation of a new rule , there is no need for that , it is an isolated case.

Yea, definitely, mods aren't too busy so put a couple more requests in the ban section

Now seriously, it's good the way it is, I don't need plugger in every game just so when he is losing, goes dc and has no -psr... For the situations like the one from OP, that should be bannable IMO, just because of the reason, it's really lame... Not as a rule, but as an exception

A similar thing happened to me once, the worst thing was that most of the votes were by the ENEMY team. I had by far the best score in my team, by the way.

Why the enemy team gets to vote whether or not you should be kicked is beyond me, it just leaves more opportunity for abuse.

Another problem I've been encountering lately is gproxy abuse - players with "good stats" keep lagging for about 3 minutes and then reconnect, they continue doing so untill they get votekicked and therefore avoid ban and losing stats.

IMO the reconnect time should be lowered and there should be a total reconnect time limit.

That is bullshit. Example:
You'll fail, you'll feed or you'll just ruin game somehow-->you will get votekicked and loose 0 psr. Because you've did that your team will loose and they all will loose some psr. Just because of you. It seems to me quite unfair...

You will get kicked for ruining more often than for one "mistake".
