Need answers about votekick abuse

I ve been votekicked cause i quote " I m idiot" from a guy who muted me cause i took a kill releasing spray with pig ( passive one). They were 3 friends and started a votekick vs me in order I don t get psr. Ofc other team like dumb sheeps say yes, and here I m out.

Well I  m waiting for admin answer thx anyway. I don t think it s fair votekicking someone for  reason like being mad for a kill, acting like an angry kid, being moron.

As far as i Know, Votekick main purpose is to kick people who ruins the game

Yes but it is VOTE so it is hard to abuse that. If most players want to kick you, you can't do anything.
It is not fair but who you want to get ban? All players who voted? It is non-sence, voting is democratic, you can vote but you don't have to so no ban.

There is no punishment for votekicking,users can votekick for any reason they pick

It seems unfair but there is nothing you can do about it

Once (months ago but cant forget) I have been kicked having medusa with mojlnir, 1 lighting (from mojlnir) last hitted an hero and my team (4 friends) told me "u ks" and kicked me out looooool

So votekick can fail ofc

Really, as lame as it gets. Why wouldnt these guys be banned? I mean I know that this is not bannable, but there is also a rule saying that bans are subject to the admin's opinion, so why not make an exception for these retards..

Even though totally said it is not bananable , i would personally at least think about it and discuss it internally  , so if u really are eager to get them banned we can at least think about it.
