How its possible send to someone gold in dota?

Me and team were playing good dota game till we saw  overfeeded troll his score was (10-7 something like this)
everyone was confused cuz he was farming only on line he had (buriza, assault, sange&yasha and butterfly) after game a looked on score and he killed only 97 + 28 neutral creeps (me 130 + 40 neutral) and i hadnt got items like him.... When i was watching replay i saw here  something like this liliaceae send 1700 gold to fenasi_ker_eviz I want only ask if its possible ?
